The supply chain represents the steps it takes to get the product or service from its original state to the customer. It represents a crucial process and therefore lower transportation costs and faster production cycles must be obtained. However, during this process, different issues might occur. Based on these current supply chain issues, the presentation examines the underlying reasons for the situation, the root cause of the situation, the impacts of the supply chain meltdown, and what can be done to address the situation. Presented by Mr. Charles H.W. Edwards, Professor of the Practice at UNC-Chapel Hill.
